CoTs and Vehicle Control Technologies Inc. (VCT) have come to terms for unrestricted use of VCT’s proprietary software for hydrodynamic modeling, simulation, and control systems.  This proprietary software has been used to design over 390 underwater and aerial vehicles and has been validated against flight data from more than 100 different vehicles.   

Based in Reston Virginia, VCT is recognized leader in the subsea community for hydrodynamic modeling as well as Guidance, Navigation, & Control (GNC) systems since 1993.  VCT delivered and maintains the autopilot for two US Navy Systems: the AQS-20 mine-hunting system and the AMNS mine neutralization system.  VCT’s expertise in not restricted to underwater systems. VCT was an integral member of the Independent Review Team (IRT) for DARPA/USAF Global Hawk and DarkStar UAV programs.
