FINDER 6K offers a 6000-meter seawater (msw), extended endurance (100+ hours), Multi-Mission AUV system.  In addition to standard capabilities including acoustic LBL and USBL tracking, Wi-Fi, Iridium, and acoustic communications, obstacle tracking and avoidance, and subsystem monitoring and fault management, FINDER 6K offers standard Survey and Target Classification, sub-bottom profiling, bathymetry with interferometric sonar and multibeam Echosounder.  Unlike other comparable systems, FINDER 6K offers increased mission capability with customer configurable payload and deployable device sections, fully redundant control surface actuators. and an advanced non-PBOF pressure tolerant 80 kilowatt-hour (kWh) battery system with an Intelligent Battery Management System (iBMS).  FINDER 6K utilizes CoTs’ Common Control System and Vehicle Application Software (CCVAS).  CCVAS is high pedigree vehicle application and control system software that has been in development for 15+ years and fielded on 50+ submerged mobility systems (SMS).
